Parking lots and ramps surrounding the Hynes Center also offer accessible parking. Please refer to the <\/span>Hynes Nearby Parking<\/span><\/a> for parking locations. To gain access to accessible parking, proper vehicle registration is required as well as current disabled placard with matching identification card.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Building Access<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The convention center is equipped with automatic doors for easy access. Counters, drinking fountains, and bottle refill stations are at a convenient height for everyone.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Elevators & Escalators\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Elevators are located in South Lobby right after passing through security through the Prudential Center entrance. A secondary elevator is in the rotunda area across from the women\u2019s restrooms. A final elevator is located on the West back side of the center near the Captial Grille on the first floor or next to room 206 and room 313 on levels two and three. There are four escalators within the rotunda area on the East side of the building that connect all three levels.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Emergency Evacuation Plan<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The Hynes Convention Center personnel have been properly trained in emergency evacuation procedures to ensure the safe evacuation of all patrons, including those guests with ADA requirements, in the case of an emergency. Please pay careful attention to the personnel instructions should and evacuation situation arise.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n First Aid<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Certified personnel from Boston EMS are onsite throughout the duration of the event.
