Daily Agenda

All sessions will be held in-person in Boston, Massachusetts. Schedule times are Eastern Time (ET).  Selected sessions may be recorded and posted onto online conference tools after the conference dates for on-demand viewing by registered attendees. 

Breakout

Breakout and Lightning sessions involve oral presentations focused on specific topics and are designed to share information and stimulate discussion

Discussion

Discussion sessions involve informative sharing of information on recent findings or innovative topics related to the accepted abstract with substantial opportunity for discussion among attendees.

Poster

A poster presentation is a visual illustration on a poster board that summarizes findings by way of limited text, graphics, and photographs.

Or warm up your body and mind by participating in our Fun Run/Walk while taking in some of Steel City’s popular sites. So won’t you be our neighbor and make the most of #CSTE2024!

Opening Reception | 6:30pm – 7:30pm | David L. Lawrence Convention Center | Hall C 

Opening Reception is open to all registered attendees and is an excellent opportunity to connect with colleagues. Join us in Hall C at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center for local bites, drinks, exclusive raffles, and entertainment. Cash bar and light hors d’oeuvres will be available. 

Tuesday, June 11, 2024  

CSTE Fun Run/Walk Event | 6:30am – 7:30am | David L. Lawrence Convention Center  

This is open to runners and walkers of all abilities. There is no fee or registration for this event. T-shirts are available for pre-purchase through conference registration only with limited sizes available after early-bird registration. By participating in the CSTE Fun Run/Walk, you agree to the CSTE Fun Run/Walk Waiver. A map of the route can be found [HERE} and is also available on the conference app. The goal is for attendees to enjoy themselves while getting a little bit of exercise! 

Reception Featuring CSTE Fellowships Highlights  

The Reception is hosted in conjunction with the CSTE Foundation and is open to all registered attendees. Visit USA Today’s #1 history museum in the country to network and connect with your colleagues. Cash bar and light hors d’oeuvres will be available.
