Land Acknowledgement

“We honor the original caretakers of this region: the ancient Moundbuilders and then later the Onondowaga, better known as ‘Seneca’, who were members of the great Haudenosaunee Five Nation Confederacy, also known as the Iroquois. We uplift their historic, unique, and enduring relationship with this land, which is their ancestral territory. We pay our respects to their Elders and their past, present, and future people, community, and culture.”
