Breakout and Lightning sessions involve oral presentations focused on specific topics and are designed to share information and stimulate discussion

Discussion

Discussion sessions involve informative sharing of information on recent findings or innovative topics related to the accepted abstract with substantial opportunity for discussion among attendees.

Poster

A poster presentation is a visual illustration on a poster board that summarizes findings by way of limited text, graphics, and photographs.

CSTE Annual Conference Accessibility 

CSTE is committed to a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible conference that enable all attendees to engage fully. To request an accommodation or for inquiries about accessibility to participate in-person or virtually at the 2022 CSTE Annual Conference, please complete the following form:  

Accommodation requests may include, but are not limited to:

  • Accessible sleeping room
  • Assistive Listening Devices for in-person attendees
  • Preferred seating for in-person sessions
  • Live captioned videos through Zoom technology for virtual attendees
  • Advance copy of the slides available on meeting platform if provided by the presenting author
  • Gender-neutral bathroom in main meeting venue

This is not an all-inclusive list and individuals whether already registered or considering attending the conference should request through the above link or contact the National Office at [email protected] or (770) 458-3811 to discuss individual needs. All meeting and hotel facilities are wheelchair accessible as a required ADA. As a standard practice at the CSTE Annual Conference a lactation room is provided in the main meeting venue, which can be found in the Kentucky International Convention Center on the Main Concourse Level near Boardroom B.
