Airport Shuttle

Hotels in the group block do not provide complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. Sea-Tac Airport has light rail, taxis, rideshare and shuttles available. Shared shuttle service is available to and from the airport with an average one-way rate of $26.00 per person. Advanced reservations are recommended for shuttle service.

Light Rail

Light rail is $3.00 to get downtown and takes about 38 minutes.

Taxi

The estimated cost of a taxi ride from the airport to downtown is approximately $39.00 one-way rate depending on distance to hotel.

Meeting Location and Hotels

Most conference sessions will be held at the Hyatt Regency Seattle with a few evening events at the Hyatt at Olive 8. Suggested attire is business casual for all conference activities. We strongly suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you to the conference.
