CSTE Annual Conference Commitment to Service Project: Street Dawg Crew of Utah

This year, during its 2023 Annual Conference, CSTE is happy to be supporting Street Dawg Crew of Utah, a nonprofit organization with a mission to serve pets of the homeless and other low-income and vulnerable populations through providing free pet food and supplies, promoting positive and responsible pet ownership (including spay and neuter), and identifying and providing pet owners useful information on low-cost pet resources. In 2022 alone, they distributed 73,253 pounds of pet food, provided $8,500 in pet emergency medical funding, supplied 200 free vaccinations and 85 free spay/neuters!

To support this effort, we are asking attendees for in-kind and monetary donations. This is a great way to give back to the wonderful community hosting us this year in Salt Lake City. A member of Street Dawg Crew of Utah will be joining us during the opening reception to answer questions.

  • In-kind donations of dog food, cat food, collars, leashes and harnesses can be dropped off at the Registration Desk on Level 2 at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City any day during the 2023 CSTE Annual Conference. All types and brands are accepted.

  • Monetary donations can be made through the website or via Venmo at @StreetDawgCrewofUtah. 100% of donations go to pet programs. Please include the word ‘EPI’ in the notes or comment section when donating.
              • $10.00 – Feed a pet for a month
              • $60.00 – Feed a pet for 6 months
              • $100.00 – Cover vaccination costs for pets
              • $250.00 – Cover spay/neuter costs for pets
